  • A couples massage is a wonderfully relaxing, personal experience.

    During the session, two people receive massages at the same time and in the same room from two different massage therapists. The therapy provides many of the same benefits as other types of massage but with some added bonuses.

  • A couples massage is a very special, shared experience that encourages two people the opportunity to get closer together.

    Couples use the massage session to , communicate and catch up or they maybe to simply relax and enjoy their experience together in comfortable silence. Even when words are not spoken out loud, the experience brings couples closer together during the session and lasting long after the massage.

• 4 Hand Massage

  • Four hand massage is a type of massage therapy that involves two massage therapists working simultaneously, creating a choreographed massage.

    There are a number of different styles to choose from, Lisa Z will go over in detail the differences so that you can select the style that works best for your needs. Not all spas offer this service but at Healing Haven Massage and Wellness we are a spa that performs four hand massage to perfection.

  • During the most classic form of four hand massage our massage therapists will mirror each other, with one taking the lead while the other follows.

    The massage therapists usually use Swedish style massage techniques, combining long, slowing strokes with other techniques that are designed to relax the body. Clients can request special attention for one area of the body, such as the back or legs, and the therapists can tailor the session to the needs of the client.

  • In some cases each massage therapist may focus on a specific area of the body, with one working on the upper body and one working on the lower.

    Four hand massage can also combine massage techniques, with one therapist doing reflexology while another gives a Swedish style massage or any other combination the customer wishes.

  • Harvest Pumpkin Masque

    I was inspired to make the "Harvert Pumpkin Masque" because a lot of people were asking me about what they could do for discolorations in their skin, darks spots, age spots, uneven color, melasma, and hyperpigmentation.
